I recorded this as fast as I could before it mysteriously disappeared. 🤣 Some of it may be water loss but I'll take it!
221.5 lb Lost so far: 40.9 lb.    Still to go: 56.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The first time I hit a weight like this I think of it as “proof of concept” that it is a test run of possible. Easy to doubt lower is possible so these are mini teases to keep you having effort. But of course you should record it as you deserve 👏👏👏✨
