Have never been very interested in daily weigh ins....but I thought I would give it a try. Amazing how much you can gain or lose (water weight) over night. Was all excited to weigh 172.8 yesterday then I weighed myself this am and I was 174. Not at all freaking out about it though.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
