Tomorrow is my birthday. My goal when I started was to lose 50 pounds when I started. I'm beyond elated that I hit my goal this morning. Especially considering my weight loss stalled for over a month since May 20. But, this week, I completed two 36-hour fasts. After cake and ice cream tonight and eating clean tomorrow, I'm going to complete a 72-hour fast.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How do you go that long - do you drink tea?

@Kellyfunkestime - Tea, black coffee, and copious amounts of water. I typically have a large cup of black coffee (16oz) or black tea in the morning followed by herbal tea and water the rest of the day. On fasting days, I typically drink 180-200 ounces of water throughout the day. On non-fasting days, I usually drink 140-160. Sparkling mineral water and carbonated water make it easier.
