I'm grateful to have lost some weight. I should not get too obsessed with weighing in frequently because the process is the important part. If I stick to the process the results follow, no need to relentlessly track that too. I can't believe it's got to be this hard every day for the rest of my life. Some days are easier than others but if I truly want to get to a healthy weight & stay there, I have to be prepared to weather every storm. It is not fun. It is not easy. I have lost weight so many times. A few times I've lost a lot of weight. I have never stayed there. Obviously. I can't believe how hard it is to do the right thing. Maybe I'll have more success if I have a good routine & if I keep my mind off of food & onto other things. I wish I could hope for it to get easier but I just don't see that happening.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
