I loss 22 lbs in 9 months last year. I walked 30 minutes 5 times a week. I ate more on the weekends and did not exercise. I loss 2 lbs a month usually. Taking it off slowly helps me to eat healthier.

I was doing pretty good last spring and then I hurt my foot in June. Finally gave in this fall and went to the doctor and my foot was fractured in two places. Have been wearing a boot walking cast for 2 months. Can't wait until I am healed. Miss my walking!
