Didn't make it to the gym. Had to run some errands instead. Also went to Olive Garden and enjoyed a big dinner. Still came in under my daily goals so I'm happy about that. Have to go back to work tomorrow. Will workout for 90 minutes after work. Also going to start biking to work 1-2 days per week. I'd bike everyday, but Sundays and Wednesdays I have to carry my uniform and gear.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
