Went and saw a dietitian two days ago. She said for the weight I want to lose, the diet I chose is ideal. I have to stay between 2200-2600 calories/day, and under 330g carbs/day. I was happy to hear I was doing something right.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
