Ive been able to follow a somewhat of a more healthy diet the last couple of weeks. Im trying to eat more fruits and veggies. Now comes exercise. I really need to try to get active and incorporate some muscle toning in my life. Still waitng on the wait list for a tummy tuck. Ow well.
