I’m honestly not trying to lose more weight but I’m struggling to eat more then 1600 kcal most days. Often I end up closer 1400kcal. I am using my Apple Watch to track fitness and do the elliptical at-least 30min/day if I can.
I don’t deprive myself of anything, but my appetite is light. I think Covid continuing has impacted my emotions so I’m low grade depressed. I don’t eat more bc I’m a bit depressed making it hard to stabilize my weight.
I have a consult soon for a breast lift and reduction. Currently measure 30-31 under-bust and 37 bust. Hope I qualify for a public funded one.
