Weight In Today @08:00 am home scale 159. Not much just one lbs 😔. Considering I have been working out as best as I could due to my illnesses and still wounded ankles. No exercise equipment yet.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
