Back up a little. 🎢 ⤴️ ⤵️ 🔃 Not freaking out as long as I don't go over 145.
I think after being with my sister who definitely eats lunch & dinner my body has been saying it's hungry. On my own I don't usually eat as much midday....save more calories for dinner.
I had a couple of NSV I didn't mention. I bought a pair of navy dress pants in a size 8 & they're actually a little loose in the hips. I had taken a bunch of size 10's in the fitting room... all too big! Also, I've been on the lookout for a new Winter robe. The one I've worn for the past few years had gotten huge on me....hanging off of me. I found a new one...size medium...at Costco last week...and only $14.99. It's a nice shade of grey & matches my slippers 😊
My mammogram appt. went OK. Now, just have to wait on the results. No nice lemon favored water or snacks while you wait...And holding your breath while wearing a mask....
Kroger stop after....bought a bunch of fresh fruit & veggies. And I bought a flat iron steak.
The dogs are fussing for their dinner, so need to go.
Pork chops with cabbage, carrots & apples for dinner...cooked in my freshly cleaned oven 😁
