I am getting ready to head out for a big hilly walk. It a gorgeous day. I am procrastinating because it is a very hilly route. I will do it and I will report back. It is good to have folks around that understand. I am wavering between a nap and a big walk. Has anybody else been there?

Oh just go and do it, if you want just do half of what you were planning, you will probably end up doing all of it. Not only will you likely enjoy it, when you get back you’ll be happy you did it. 😊 Whatever you do enjoy your day!🌺

You'll be amazed how quickly the walk will wake you up. This was me a couple days ago. 😉

I did do it! I took a great walk finished the day with 14,000+ steps, equivalent to 44 flights of stairs. I felt energized and fantastic. Thanks for the encouraging words.
