It has been a while but I saw the icon pop up on my screen so I decided to check back in. I am back on Atkins to lose the rest of the much smaller belly left on me. I have tried several diets and nothing has really worked for me since Atkins. I am back and please wish me luck and I will do the same for everyone.

256.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
