No! ... Since I injured my back I had to stop working out. This is so frustrating 🥺. I tried working out sitting and laying down on the floor, core lightly because of my back pain. Standing with my back brace every muscle group on my legs, buttocks, Squats and arms.

My back still hurts a little but not like when I collapse and couldn’t even move. I had to use two canes to walk with and sleep with a heating pad on my back. I wear my back brace on and off when I really need it. I will start working out again on the elliptical machine but with my back brace to be safe. I pray I loose the weight before my next Doctors appointment.

I had a back 'spasm' early in my journey, Read the book 'supple leopard' and learned that my back spasm's was actually created by leg/glut muscle groups. I focused on those groups, using stretching and in just 10 days, the pain was gone. Just an idea I thought I share.

Geeze I hope you feel better soon. Gentle stretching maybe? Sorry about the weight gain - don't you think it's water weight?

My go-to guys for gentle recovery steps, not always exercise, is Bob & Brad on YouTube. They have tons of short videos on almost every muscle, ache and pain and they're practicing PTs. Backs are tricky, take care of yourself.

I have been stretching since my back feels a little better. For the cardio exercise though I have to wear my back brace. Thank you all for your support.

Ny-Shelly unfortunately it’s not water gain. When I was working out every day cardio, pilates, walking, elliptical bike and workout videos, I saw that my weight was going down slowly. When I injured myself I couldn’t workout so the weight came back on
