SIXTY POUND LOSE MARK....YAY ME !!!!!
231.2 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1275 kcal Fat: 48.13g | Prot: 61.25g | Carb: 129.59g.   Lunch: Perkins Restaurant Special K Cereal, Splenda Sugar Blend, Smart Balance Fat Free Milk and Calcium. Dinner: Sangria, Black Beans (Canned), Fried Plantain, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Mexican Style Ground Beef Seasoned Stewed (Picadillo De Carne De Rez). Snacks/Other: Ranch Salad Dressing, Grape Tomatoes. more...

Hey Tamara Lynn Thanks ! I've pretty much cut out the logical stuff...chips, bakery items, soda. I drink water all day long. Had a hip replacement in Nov, so walking is my only exercise so far...hope to be biking sometime this week. My big secret? No food after 8 PM

Good tip :) I've never been a huge pop drinker - I might have one a month if that. For me it's wine (I drink a glass a night, maybe two lol), as I make it. Sounds like you're healing up good - good luck on the biking - don't push it if it hurts :) I haven't been on a bike in over 18 years... maybe I should get myself one!

I'll be using my daughter's bike...like you, it's been awhile. They say you never forget how to ride...sure hope so...lol....went out to dinner last night for early Father's Day celebration w/my stepdad...apparently ate all the wrong stuff...scale showing a 2lb gain this morning...ugh...but with diligence and God's grace, I'll be back to losing tomorrow :D

Keep in mind that a good amount of that is probably water weight from more sodium intake than anything :) Yeah, My daughter moved in with her dad and left her bike at my place.... maybe I'll give it a go!

yeah...forgot Mexican food is packed with salt...we'll see in the morning :/
