woohoo! 181.8! Did another short run today to work on my speed. I did 3.16km at 7min/km again! It was so hard though. I decided to go backwards on my usual route thinking that the hill would be easier to go up on the other side, but I was wrong. It was so brutal I had to actually slow down and walk for 10 seconds to slow my heart rate down. My lungs were burning and everything. Hey, I just realised this is how I felt when I started running over a year ago when I could only run for 1 min, walk 3 mins for half an hour! lol! I guess I've come a long way since then...
