35.6% Weight loss is not as easy for me as it used to be. No surprise, now that I am skinnier, but I still have a ways to go. At least just that little bit more until I'm into "normal," and hopefully more after that, although I'm considering taking a break from weight loss at that point and just maintaining while I focus on other things. At the moment I am working on finding meals that are easy, healthy, and relatively cheap. Yesterday I had cottage cheese with pineapple and made a big batch of North African Peanut Stew to last me all week. This is good stuff, people. I'm too lazy to add it to the kitchen, but you basically just good up a bunch of veggies and beans with protein (I use tofu) and bouillon and when it is done add peanut butter and cilantro. Try it, it is wonderful! I need to emphasize the focus on frugal because I'll be starting massage school 11/25 and Chuck is going to quit one of his jobs. I didn't exercise yesterday but I have plans for a walk with Shennon today so that's good. Have a great day, buddies! I have to go get to work but I'll check in with you soon!
so far today: soymilk for breakfast lunch: tomato avocado cottage cheese with pineapple snacks before really late dinner: McD's apple pie 1/3 soy/coffee/chocolate drink a couple bites cheese dinner: 2 1/2 mozzarella sticks 1/2 fish sandwich a few sweet potato fries
okay, not very impressive... that's why we write this stuff down! :)
