I prepared all my veggies for the week-this week of re-visiting induction by the book should go well. Bought new ketostix and tested four times yesterday-heaviest fat burning seemed to be mid day. I will continue this for the week to see what the results are.

you really only need to test 4 times for a day or two...if mid day stays your common time that reads best...just once a day at that time...will work just fine from there on out. (no need to waste those costly little strips!)

They sure are costly arent they! I think I pay $6.99 for 50 strips when I can find them. Our Wal-Mart hardley ever has them. I have got to where I hardley ever use them unless I am in a stall and even then I have found that I am still in ketosis but sometimes I just have a slower period without weight loss for a week or so. Don't stress too much over that the strip says. The only time I ever show heavy ketosis is when I am dehydrated. I seem to lose at the same rate whether its trace or heavy too.
