Stretching 15 and Rosary 30. - balance tandem - side lunges - raised lunges - sitting piriformis stretch
Ok, learning day! Will do better tomorrow. Even if I underestimated the steak (it had bone in), I still made calorie goal. Expect a gain tomorrow from eating funny.
