No change in my weight, the lowest that I've been so far is 205 which was great. I need to keep focus so I can leave the 200-215 weight range. I've been going up and down in this weight range for a year. The good thing about it, is that I am able to maintain the weight that I am. The bad thing about it is that I'm not where I want to be in my weight loss goals.
