Didn't get away with my 0.4 serving of dark chocolate in terms of my blood sugar (still elevated 3 hours later, but suspect due to the small amount of protein I ate with it. Everything else was right in line and the hemp seed smoothie was surprisingly tasty and satisfying.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
