body temp last night, 101.8. this morning, 97.0 ( My normal temp) I've been eating spiral cut ham from my freeze & the broth from it. easy to calculate my macros. tonight I'm making calf liver & onions😋 maybe with cauliflower bacon Mac n cheese.
