Not staying within the suggested calorie limit of dietician and doubling the recommended fat intake, but losing weight and feeling well with decent blood sugars. Starting to work more. It will be an adjustment to maintain my new behaviors in a difficult environment. (No breaks, no lunch times in 12 hours.)
158.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How can you work for 12 hours with no breaks? That doesn't sound right. You should be able to have time to eat and go to the bathroom.
