Well have I had several interesting days..

It all started on Monday (cue in backlight... enter stage left through door).

All was well until... baked chicken which is always a high salt supper. Sadly I supped super-sized and salt-loaded. Day two, repeat. Wednesday, I <hangs head in shame> ate a relatively large pc of triple-layered chocolate cake.

<puts on cone of shame>

Followed by ... two days worth of entire bags of ...

Beef. Jerky. Salt load..

Then followed by meatloaf. Overdid it because I was trying to cut back salt and increase water...

More salt.

By yesterday I was 135.4 lbs.

Got it together. Ate reasonable meals, I dropped to 134.4 and finally this a.m. 134.1.

SIGH.

The. End.
134.1 lb Lost so far: 35.9 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.1 lb a week
