Losing weight is always harder than gaining weight, at least in my case. No extreme diet works because ‘losing weight/staying in healthy weight is a lifelong process.’ When I heard this as a teenager who was struggling with weight, I couldn’t understand but now I do.
102.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
