2 eggs for breakfast with sara lee high fiber dieter's bread (approx 400 cals)
baked chicken with carrots/onions 350 cals
1 pear for dessert approx 100 cals

total today 850

Yesterday, I wasn't feeling up to par, and missed both breakfast and lunch. Made up for it at dinner with an Abbey's personal pan veggie lovers pizza -- 550 cals and later a smoothie 250 cals total 800 (plus the salt...)
138.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
