It was after 1 a.m. when I remembered I was supposed to put in yesterday's weight. Well... oops. I awoke, did my 'thing' and weighed in at 148.6. Where'd that come from?? Who knows. But back to 147.7 today.

Yippee!

Last two days have been vegetarian, not by choice so much, but I had to get the salad stuff finished before it went belly up. And yes, I used regular ranch dressing. Then, my a.m. smoothie and p.m. smoothie as my treat. I was too lazy to make that banana pie low fat, sugar-free and now I am out of bananas...

Well.. today is shopping day.
147.7 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 27.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
