Weer boven de 47.... m’n lichaam vindt het moeilijk om verder te zakken en blijft rond dit gewicht schommelen...kan beter!!
104.3 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
