I have in to a breakroom snack today. Yesterday there was cake and I said no. Monday there was popcorn and I said no. But this mornings Kefir Oatmeal just didn't satisfy and those donuts looked so good. So a simple glazed donut called my name and I gave in.
Okay good choices for the rest of the day.
