Keeping within limits of scheduled diet, but it's not working well for my blood sugar. Pilates for 70 min. dropped it 29 mg/dl though! Back on the exercise track now that I'm home. Have to face the fact that I will have to drop my carbs for my blood sugar's sake even though losing weight.
