Fantastic day! Up and ready for the challenge. Wasn't up for exercise plan in the downpour, but there's still time to get out and get walking! Feel good about staying in diet parameters and my weight dropped unexpectedly. Dr. Bernstein's Diabetes Solution book highlighting all the symptoms I was having from my diabetes and what I could expect from the future if I didn't get with it was very inspiring.
