Maintained weight. Followed carbs much better, though still over by 36g.Protein right on. A little too much fat, but usually well under on that. Over calorie goal by 400, but still below output unlike yesterday. Once again, failed to do exercise, but was busy moving furniture for part of the day at least. Poor dog is wondering what happened to her walks. Probably should have skipped the bun at dinner. I did resist the homemade lemon pie which was not easy. Three cheers for me!
