okie dokie and the weight goes down. not a new low but stopped the gain. need tips to feel good exercising.

Do things that get you something: walk to somewhere you want to go, go dancing if that is available, make a plan to walk with someone you want to see. Simplify exercise at home - do situps, pushups, and toe-touches 10 or 20 at a time for 30 minutes while you watch tv or listen to your favorite music. Good luck!

I agree with @abbadabba , also switch up the diet a bit , try eating less calories a day, 500 calories less is the sweet spot if not 200 calories less. lots of water and be more active ,like trips to the mall, museum, or do a little house keeping here and there. calories out - calories in = 🏋️♂️
