Don't know. My BMI is still too high, so I will likely go down further. I should have started an exercise routine. However, I've unfortunately developed a Thyroid issue that is really messing up multiple things with my health. I am nearly unable to do anything that requires exertion at this time.
Staying on the same path I laid for myself, I am going to begin focusing on my overall health. Working on giving up traditional cigarettes right now.

I use the smok stik brand and they worked out well for me. that is if you are thinking of going ecig

I actually just received a new product from Phillip Morris called IQOS. Its the closest thing I've encountered to actually burning tobacco. Minus the tar. Not yet available in the US. Had to order from oversees.

good deal hope it works well for you. I got lucky the first time with the smoke stik very useable for me and I never went back to hacking on the real thing, I have heard some of those others are just aweful
