WOW!
I cheated so bad yesterday, I ended up being hungry and had nothing with me so I ate about 6 cups of bugles chips, then I went home and ate a donut hole and a half a muffin because I was feeling angry with myself for cheating. I weighed today and I still lost three pounds!!!!

I am really sticking to it now though, after I ate all that junk yesterday, i felt terrible! like i was going o throw up and i had zero energy it was really bad. i decided to feel the pain and sickness of it and associate it with the junk food that i had. my brain should give me warning signals when i am about to eat something that is high in carbs and sugar.....
195.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
