at least I'm trying to record some things. some days I do better than others. as this has always been, it really remains a gauge of truth. what I need is outlined in these numbers. when I record it is practice in recognizing and telling/recounting the truth.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
