Slight weight gain, but I had my body fat percentage checked at the gym tonight with the trainer and it is now down to 29.5%, so I have lost .5% body fat! I am ok with the slight weight gain because I have been working out more with weights and I know it will drop again. I had a good workout tonight, so maybe it will catch up in the next couple days if I stick to a good diet.
