I lost weight today!! Yesterday I was worried because I hadn't lost a single eighth of a pound, and I had been following my diet so well. Well, today it went down! I usually don't weigh myself more than once a week, but I just had to today because yesterday had made me feel so bad. ): I'm looking for opinions, should I weigh myself every day in the morning, or stick to once a week?
I also got a tape measure. I measure 32" under my rib cage, and38" around my belly button. So now I can start measuring myself once a week! (:
