SLEEP: To bed at 2:25am. Awake at 9am. Slept 6.5 hrs. BP & Pulse: 9:30am 117/84 63p 11:15pm 102/67 58p 11:30pm 93/65 58p 11:45pm 97/66 58p 12am 111/78 58p SCALE: up .2 lbs. MEALS: Breakfast 10am - yogurt & pears, 1 cup coffee decaf+caff. Lunch 1:30pm - tossed salad with yogurt/coleslaw dressing, High protein beef mushroom burger, 1 cup coffee decaf+caff. Supper 6:30pm - tossed salad with ranch dressing, cocoa cottage cheese cake with 1 tbsp strawberry jam. Snack: 4PM rice crackers & left-over chicken salad filling. THOUGHTS: I stopped loosing weight after Feb 9th. I started taking 2 heart drug at 6pm on Feb 5th. Maybe there is some connection. Am I gaining weight because my heart is no longer racing so I am not burning as many calories? Or maybe these heart drugs cause weight gain? What else could it be??? I have not increased calorie consumption or percentage C:F:P. And my 'inactivity' is the same. I just dropped my RDI from 1600 to 1400, to see if I can get back to loosing consistantly. Hope it helps. Any lower calories per day and I will be getting hangry! PS: I just looked at the side effects of Xarelto & Metoprolol. Xarelto can cause pains in arms & legs. Metoprolol can cause rapid weight gain!!! Oh crap, that is not what I wanted to see. Dr did not warn me about that!
