Down 1.6 lbs. 60 lbs gone so far. It's less on here because I started here after I'd already lost weight. I'm feeling better and my clothes are too big. I had to get new pants and my favorite shirts are too baggy but I'm still wearing them....for now. 😊 I looked for the new Birds Eye veggies at the grocery store -the riced cauliflower etc and I also found different kinds of protein packs, too. They have lots of veggies, bulgar, beans in a creamy sauce. They're very easy to fix. Just steam them in the bag in the microwave. I knew I wasn't getting enough protein. Now I can.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.6 lb a week
