Now that's what I'm talking about! It would have been more but I really had a bad Saturday (golf plus beer = not good mix for weight loss). I tried yoga for the first time this morning and it would have made a great comedy show. Graceful moves are not my strong suit. I'll keep trying though along with the other things.
Today is a fast day so look out world! My hubby thinks I'm nuts for doing this but he supports my efforts. He is getting mentally prepared to start a weight loss journey as well. I have family coming over the New Year so he'll start after that. I know I'll have a rough time with eating when they're here but I will not let a set back change the overall plan.
