Today I step on the scale and realize the number is going back up...not exceptable. My eating habbits have become poor again and so has my exercise schedule. I need some displine because I have lost an average of 29 pounds and am tooooo close to my goal to turn back now. Tommorrow I start insanity. I have always been scared of this workout video because it look to intense but hey loosing weight is intense. Insanity is my bootcamp for the next 60 days. So Sean T kick my butt.

Insanity 60= Goal weigh 170.

Lovely
198.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
