Don't beat yourself up - take the loss day by day , week by week , month by month - you are 38 down at this point , do your daily routine , stick to it, the weight will come off -
When not if - you got this - pick out a piece of clothing that you would like to get back into, not only at the end but along the way - great goal -
That is my first goal - I can now fit into 1x men shirt down from 2x and 38 waist - Weight is one measure, waste another - Maybe change your perspective - I am glad for what you have lost so far and don't ever take that for granted -
