No entries since July 13th. On vacation from July 14 thru July 24. Took a few liberties, but basically followed my plan. Didn't loose, but didn't gain either. Went on fat fast immediately upon return. Holding off on incorporating starchy carbs such as beans and rice in diet since it appears I have gained wait since eating them. Will do some more research and possibly incorporate them in future. No entries during vacation due to poor internet service!
