New day, new month, new year. My birthday was on Friday and I decided to just enjoy the weekend and do what I wanted to do. I still managed to lose weight! That makes me happy. I didn't reach my goal of 150 by my birthday but I still lost over ten pounds from the first of the year. New goal, 145 by Labor Day weekend. It will be tough but at least it's doable.
Stay strong everyone and remember to live you life to the fullest!
