Well it is weigh in day, but I am really not weighing in due to the fact that I know I have gained weight and Aunt Flow is visiting and I dread that...so I am sticking with the 157 for now and will weigh in 9 days, after detox and see where I stand. Today is my official start day, went grocery shopping last night and got all my food for the next 9 days so I am ready!
I had 2 egg whites for breakfast, a raspberry lucerne light smoothie for my snack and some carrots, celery and cauliflower for lunch. I have an apple for my mid afternoon snack and going to have a salad for dinner. I have had 32oz of water already today, getting ready for my 2nd one....so....so far so good!!!
I am so ready to get to my goal weight! I will be starting volleyball next week again and getting back into the swing of things at the gym...that will help me out greatly!
