It's been a slow struggle. While following a low carb diet, I've not seen much progress. Jan.3 I weighed in at 267 so I guess I have lost 7 lbs. It's just going so slow. Not like it did when I was much younger!!
260.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
