My boss sent this around this morning in an email to encourage everybody. A Monday Morning Quote kind of thing. I actually like it. Hope he keeps doing that. This fits exactly what we've been working on the last year (and yeah, I still haven't figured out how to remember to check the plan and adjust!).
I find that I'm still reactive vs proactive in almost everything unless I specifically intend and force it. It's still a fearful response. I don't know how to fix that (internally) so that it's not the primary response but I think/hope it's better than it used to be...just not where I want it to be.
