Week 5 of 3rd 6 weeks, 135.6, 36.6% body fat, 81.6 musc mass, neg ketones, no exercise.
Have been very sick with the flu but have needed to continue to work. Today I am actually taking a day off and am off all of next week. No exercise for days as I can barely get through my shower. I can't wait to get back to it.
As for my diet, I have been in a high stress situation for days--downsizing at work, putting on a 2 day conference (that I was leading), very sick and no option to be that, food served from conference center group menues--very, very slowly so the only thing on the table for 45 min was rolls. I have had a roll every day since early this week. Very unlike me and I am back now. So sick I have no appetite anyway but I'm home. Home--every room of our apartment is filled with workmen. We are being painted, our plumber is coming and a tv hung. We are having guests Wed-Sun so am preparing. HELP! Let me off!!
