I give the Lord Praise for helping me through the Thanksgiving Holidays! I ate special foods but kept up with food entries, not going over designated daily totals. I wasn't sure if eating treats would prevent weight loss, even when using smaller portions. It can be done with effort and some discipline. I did my part and He certainly blessed my efforts!! Hoping everyone is doing well. Today is a new day and always another chance to start over. Keep Encouraged Everyone!
